Along with many members of the Semiahmoo community, the Semiahmoo Residents Association (SRA) Board of Directors submitted comments to the City of Blaine Planning Department regarding the preliminary plat application to develop eight single family homes in Tract D of Sea Smoke on the corner of Semiahmoo Parkway and Semiahmoo Drive.
