The Governance Committee (GC) shall assist the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary requirement to provide clear, concise, and consistent requirements regarding the legal administration of the Association. The GC shall be chaired by the Board Vice President who shall make Governance Committee and document recommendations to the Board for Board approval, modification or rejection, or presentation to the Community for a membership vote. Such recommendations shall include consideration of future needs and expectations consistent with the mission and vision of the SRA.
