The Architectural Standards Committee meets twice per
month, on the second and fourth Thursdays. The meetings are open to property
owners, however please call the ASC Administrator to schedule your attendance.
Seating is very limited and arrangements must be made in advance to accommodate
guests.

New Construction Submissions must be received no later than 12:00 noon seven
days before the date of the meeting. Landscape plans and landscape refurbishment
plans must be received 15 days prior to the ASC meeting. All other submissions
must be received no later than the Monday before the Thursday meeting. Late
submissions will only be reviewed at the meeting if time permits.
