This page contains a preliminary draft of the possible revisions to the Semiahmoo Resort Association Bylaws. Owners may give their comments to the Transition Committee at a Town Hall Meeting to be held on May 28, 2008, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Palmer Room of the Bellingham Golf and Country Club, 8720 Semiahmoo Parkway. Once owners have had an opportunity to comment on the establishment of an election process the Transition Committee will finalize its recommendations to the SRA Board of Directors. Once the Board approves the draft revisions owners will vote to approve or disapprove the draft at the November 2008 annual meeting.
