Semiahmoo Resort Community has

integrated the thirty-one separately recorded amendments

into the following text.

Semiahmoo Resort Community, however, notes that

this compilation does not constitute

the legal recorded Declaration of

Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions

which are recorded

under Whatcom County Auditor’s Office #1492055. 

Semiahmoo Resort Community also retains a copy at its office. 

Semiahmoo Resort Community member should always

consult the actual recorded documents in making any decisions.
