COPYING DOCUMENTS IN THE FILES FOR NEIGHBORING PROPERTY OWNERS

The Semiahmoo Resort Association files are open to all owners.  Confidential documents and proprietary information (i.e. complete interior floor plan) are not open to all owners.   

The ASC policy on providing copies of non-confidential documents to owners, relating to properties they do not own, is as follows:

bulletThe request must be received in writing for a specific document(s). 
bulletOwners may review the file in the office if they are unsure what documents they want.
bulletThe documents are provided in paper (non-electronic) format and sent via regular mail.  Owners may pick up copies in person if they choose.
bulletA neighboring owner may request documents after the document has been received by the property owner (not cc’d in the correspondence and sent simultaneously).
