MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SITES

Burnside Village	Declarant	Master Plan Zone 3 (at the Southwest corner of Drayton Semiahmoo Drive and Semiahmoo Parkway)	N/A. As a Declarant designed project it will not go through the ASC review process.	This development will be a multi-use site, with retail businesses and residences.
Carnoustie	Declarant	Master Plan Zone 26 (between Canvasback Road and Drayton Harbor Road)	N/A. Final plat and the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions will be recorded soon.	The infrastructure, utilities, and roads have been installed. Carnoustie will become a new neighborhood in Semiahmoo, with single family lots and multi-family development sites. Construction submissions will go through the ASC review process, just as lots in any other Semiahmoo neighborhood.
Gleneagle Villa Phase III	Fred Bovenkamp Declarant	xxxx Gleneagle Drive	N/A. This Declarant designed development was not reviewed by the ASC. The ASC received a courtesy presentation of this development.	Buildings are at various stages of construction.
Inverness	Canyon Holdings Inc.	Master Plan Zones 20, 28, and 29 South of the 5th Fairway	10/11/07 - Permanent neighborhood sign only	Owners are approved to install the permanent neighborhood sign and landscaping. They may brush out this site, excluding areas within 30 feet of the golf course and Semiahmoo Parkway. Inverness will become a new neighborhood in Semiahmoo, with single family lots and multi-family development sites. Construction submissions will go through the ASC review process, just as lots in any other Semiahmoo neighborhoods.
Marin	SW Group LLP	Semiahmoo Spit, Lot 3. xxxx Semiahmoo Parkway, between Semiahmoo Resort and Beachwalker Villas	Revised full submission formally approved on July 27, 2006.	Formally approved for construction on January 26, 2006. Building A is near completion; Building B is being framed.
Prestwick Woods	Homestar NW	xxxx Semiahmoo Parkway; multi-family site between Sandpiper Lane and the club house.	Revised submission formally approved on July 27, 2006. Construction approval for this submission has expired. Homestar will be submitting a new submission in early 2008.	The City of Blaine will be reviewing the new submission.
Sea Grass Cottages	Declarant	xxxx Semiahmoo Parkway	9/27/07 Common areas landscaping was approved. The City of Blaine has issued the final plat.	Sea Grass Cottages will become a new neighborhood in Semiahmoo with multifamily development sites. Construction submissions will go through the ASC review process, just as lots in any other Semiahmoo neighborhood. This development continues through the City of Blaine permitting process. Silt fencing is being installed.

*NOTE: The date of the acceptance review is the date the Architectural Standards Committee does its initial review of plans for a proposed home. If the acceptance review is satisfactory the plans are posted on the lot for neighborhood review. After a two week neighborhood review period the ASC formally reviews a construction submission. If the formal review is satisfactory the plans are formally approved for construction. Construction can begin only after the formal approval is given.
