Neighborhoods

Within the SRA there are 27 gated neighborhoods that include single family homes, town homes, and condominium communities. The settings for these neighborhoods span the full diversity of the Semiahmoo environment, including wooded golf course lots, ocean view bluff homes, and beachfront properties.

The Aerie

Developed in 1997, The Aerie is a waterfront condominium neighborhood with large, three-level units offering over 3,000 square feet of living space. Situated just above the Semiahmoo Sandspit, all units have majestic views of Drayton Harbor, Boundary Bay, and Mt. Baker. There is also a private access stairway to the Sandspit.

Beachwalker Villas

A condominium community, Beachwalker Villas was the first development on the Semiahmoo Sandspit. There are 33 units, each offering a sweeping view of Boundary Bay and White Rock BC. These two and three-bedroom properties range from 1,220 to over 1,600 square feet, and feature decks/patios on both the east and west sides.

Boundary Ridge

Established in 1986, Boundary Ridge was one of the first neighborhoods developed in Semiahmoo. There are 80 single-family homes in three sub-divisions, including 28 high bank properties with west facing, waterfront views, the only such homes in Semiahmoo.

Carnoustie

Initially developed in 2012, Carnoustie is a mixed-use neighborhood of single-family homes and undeveloped multi-family view properties. The neighborhood features semi-custom, single-story homes with a mid-century modern flair, and sweeping views of Drayton Harbor and Mt. Baker.

Club House Point

Clubhouse Point was established in 2006 and is a community situated inside the St. Andrews Green neighborhood. Most of the properties are single-family zero-lot line homes and many feature award-winning views both of the 1st and 18th fairways of Semiahmoo's spectacular, Arnold Palmer designed golf course.

Country Club Villas

Country Club Villas is a two-phased project first developed in 1994 and completed in 2006. There are 24 phase I properties that offer a more affordable home and product in Semiahmoo's neighborhood mix. Phase II consists of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom properties with 565 to 1,300 square feet of living space that can serve as a full-time home, a part-time getaway, or the ultimate vacation retreat.

Drayton Cove

Drayton Cove is a neighborhood of 28 homesites situated on a hillside overlooking Drayton Harbor. Twelve of the lots are large, high-bank waterfront properties on the bluff with views of the harbor and Mt. Baker. There is also a natural-looking stormwater pond that serves as a watering hole for eagles and an abundance of bird life.

Drayton Hillside

First developed in 1995 and completed in 2007, Drayton Hillside has three sub-divisions consisting of single-family homes, and numerous multi-family sites. These homes offer captivating unobstructed views of Drayton Harbor from both waterfront and second-row view properties.  Drayton Hillside is also home to Harbor Ridge, a custom multi-family home development with three residences, each with over 4,000 square feet of living space.

Gleneagle Villas

Bordering the 15th fairway of Semiahmoo’s highly acclaimed, Arnold Palmer designed golf course, with a view to permanent open space and a babbling brook, Gleneagle Villas is a neighborhood consisting of 32 duplex and fourplex condominium-style homes.  These homes range from 1,300 to 2,700 square feet of living space and offer a vast array of floor plans.

Inverness

Inverness is a proposed development containing 63 single-family homes located on a 37-acre property adjacent to the Semiahmoo Golf Course.  The neighborhood will be served by a private, gated roadway and will feature open space areas, including a private community recreation space, conservation areas, and a stormwater pond.

Marin

Initially developed in 2007 and completed in 2013, Marin is a 36-unit luxury condominium community located on the Semiahmoo Sandspit, just steps away from the Semiahmoo Resort Hotel and Spa.  There are 23 units that feature a sweeping view of Boundary Bay and White Rock BC.

Melrose Cottages

Developed in 1992, Melrose Cottages, is a duplex-style condominium community situated near the 17th fairway of Semiahmoo’s spectacular, Arnold Palmer designed golf course.  Each of the 18 units feature 2,200 to 2,600 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, and ample storage. Nine units have sunny, west facing fairway outlooks.

Pacific Point

Pacific Point is the newest development on the Semiahmoo Sandspit, completed in 2020.  This condominium community, just steps away from the Semiahmoo Resort Hotel and Spa, has 18 west facing units with spectacular views of Boundary Bay and White Rock BC.  These units are designed with a modern flair that is unique in Semiahmoo.

Prestwick Village

Prestwick Village was initially developed in 1989 and consists of 19 large, single-family homes located on the 11th fairway of Semiahmoo’s spectacular, Arnold Palmer designed golf course.  All homes have a captivating view of this signature, water-lined hole.

Royal Troon

Royal Troon, situated between several holes of Semiahmoo’s highly acclaimed, Arnold Palmer designed golf course, is the last golf course neighborhood built by the original development team at Semiahmoo.  The home designs are distinctive and feature creative architecture and cultured stonework.  This neighborhood has some of the only homes in Semiahmoo with both fairway and Mt. Baker views.

Sea Smoke

Sea Smoke is the newest neighborhood in Semiahmoo.  Construction is still ongoing and there will be 40 single family homes when the neighborhood is completed.  These moderate sized homes feature modern designs and offer a more affordable price point in Semiahmoo’s neighborhood mix.

Semiahmoo Shore

Semiahmoo Shore is one of the more recent neighborhoods developed on the Semiahmoo Sandspit, with 44 duplex style homes that range in size from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet of living space.  All homes feature modern designs and amenities, and many have private entry casitas.  Some offer sweeping views of Boundary Bay and White Rock BC, while others face Drayton Harbor with stunning views of Mt. Baker.

Stonehaven

First developed in 1997 and completed in 2006, Stonehaven consists of 47 small lot, patio homes sized from 1,600 to 2,400 square feet, perfect for full-time living or a part-time getaway.  Like condominium communities, these properties are low maintenance, but without fees.

St. Andrews Cottages

St. Andrews Cottages was the first fairway condominium neighborhood built in Semiahmoo and consists of 16 units spaciously situated between the 14th and 16th fairway of Semiahmoo’s spectacular, Arnold Palmer designed golf course.  There are single and two-story homes ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 square feet of living space.  All units offer expansive, tee to green views.

St. Andrews Green

St. Andrews Green is the largest neighborhood in Semiahmoo. With six sub-divisions and three gate access entries, this expansive community is built around and throughout Semiahmoo’s highly acclaimed, Arnold Palmer designed golf course.  Most of the homes are situated on 1/3-acre wooded lots, and many have exceptional golf course outlooks.  Each of the phased developments was platted at a different time, but the overall design integrity is consistent throughout the neighborhood.

Turnberry Wood

Turnberry Wood is a unique neighborhood featuring 25 large, single-family homes situated in a park-like setting surrounding a private lake. Many of these homes back up to the 12th and 13th holes of Semiahmoo’s spectacular, Arnold Palmer designed golf course and have expansive fairway outlooks.

Other Neighborhoods

Semiahmoo has several new neighborhoods planned or under construction that are not part of the Semiahmoo Resort Association. These include Horizon at Semiahmoo with 71 single family homesites under construction and additional undeveloped lots, Muirfield at Semiahmoo with 10 single family homesites, and Woodberry at Semiahmoo with 29 single family homesites.
