In addition to the SRA CC&Rs, we also have a separate set of rules that supplement the CC&Rs. The Community Rules & Fee and Fine Schedule (also known as Community Rules) address several practical aspects of living in Semiahmoo to help protect the beauty and serenity of our community. For instance, the Community Rules provide that trash and recycling bins are to be placed at the curb outside your home no sooner than noon the day prior to pick up and be removed from the curb the same day as pick up. The Community Rules also address speed limit, exterior lighting, fencing, and the parking of vehicles on our streets among other important topics.
